How much does P&P cost?
We are currently using Royal Mail services for standard orders;

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major card payments, Apple Pay, Google pay and Paypal using our secure payment system hosted by Shopify.
How long does delivery take?
You will receive you order 5-7 working days from the order date.
For special delivery please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.
We provide a fresh product which is made weekly, from time to time there maybe a delay with an order if we are waiting on a flavour to be ready, we will always let you know if this is occurring for you.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only currently ship within the U.K.

Yes! You can add a personalised message to any of our build a box options.
Can I track an order?
Once you have recieved your dispatch email, you will recieve tracking information from Hermes the same day. If you do not receive either please contact info@tillysfudge.com with your order number and we will update you on your order best we can,.
How Can I Return a Product?
As we sell food products we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that you find an issues with your purchase, please contact info@tillysfudge.com and we will try our best to rectify the problem.
How do I store my fudge?
Fudge is best kept fresh by keeping it in an air tight container in a cool dry cupboard - away from heat where it may melt!
How much does Tillys Fudge weigh?
All fudge bars are handmade and hand cut, so may vary slightly in size. The bars weigh approximately 170-190g. The wedges weigh 220-240g (All wedges are dipped in chocolate and have toppings on them which adds weight)
All bars vary in appearance, size and weight, from batch to batch due to the nature of a handmade product.
Can I freeze my fudge?
We don’t recommend freezing our fudge for the best results in taste.
Is your fudge gluten free?
All our fudges may contain traces of gluten, please see allergen information.
Is your fudge suitable for vegetarians?
All of our fudges are vegetarian except for our 'Rocky road' & 'Daim Bar'.
How long does Tillys fudge last?
As we use fresh products in our fudge, we recommend eating within 3 weeks.
Ingredients, Allergy and dietary information
Ingredients will vary depending on what option you choose, but ALL will contain Milk, Sugar, Cream, Condensed milk , Soy as a minimum.
Allergy info: All products may contain traces of nuts
All products contain dairy.
All products are suitable for Vegetarians - Except for our Rocky Road flavour.
All fudges may contain traces of gluten. Please see individual flavour allergens for specifics.
All flavourings are natural.
